Returns

If the order unexpectedly does not meet the requirements, the order must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Before sending the items back, please send an dm to @byroymichael or an e-mail to info@roymichael.co and mention:  
– Name
– Order number
– Product
– Reason

Please use our original packaging.

Once we receive your email we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Once confirmation is received, the unused items can be sent within 14 days after confirmation to our return address:

FAQ:

– The customer is responsible for their own return shipment after sending it. If a package gets lost, we cannot be held liable. 

– After receiving the items we pay the amount back within 14 days.

– Customers who have placed orders outside the EU bear sole responsibility for the return shipment in case of a return.
